    The hotel has a fine modern design.

    I encountered several issues . I was quite frustrated that we had to wait until 4 PM for check-in, despite the official time being 3 PM, and wasn't given any real apology for this inconvenience. The breakfast felt overpriced for what was offered, lacking variety and quality, which left me wishing for better dining options within the hotel.

    The check-in process was a total mess, I was made to wait till 4 pm for my room. The rooftop pool was just a lounging pool, way too shallow for a dip! I really thought a complimentary gesture for my inconveniences was a given, but I guess I was wrong. Never coming back!
